Training

We run weekly sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and also run infrequent sessions on weekend days (confirmed during the week). Normally we meet in Sandyford however the starting location may occassionally vary.

On a Tuesday you have a choice of a distance runs depending on your fitness, with runs ranging from approximately 3 to 8 miles.

On a Thursday we will perform one of the following fitness training options (varied from week to week)

  • Hill sprints
  • Interval training
  • Bridge sprints
  • Long hill loops
  • Short loops around parks

The weekend sessions tend to be similar to the Tuesday sessions.

The training schedule is now available. All sessions will be confirmed via email and are subject to change.

Please ensure you do a thorough warm up prior to the sessions, we will do a group warm do afterwards.
